Is StayNexus a replacement for my PMS?+
No. StayNexus complements your property management system by connecting the operational, payment and guest workflows around every reservation. Cloudbeds is first, with more PMS connections coming soon.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. Each guest receives a private, mobile-friendly web link for check-in, stay information, guidebook content and eligible access controls.
Can different team members have different access?+
Yes. StayNexus supports user permissions, application-level access and secure passkey sign-in.
Is Smart Access available for every lock?+
Smart Access is provider-neutral and currently progressing through controlled provider rollout. Availability depends on the property, lock provider and approved configuration.
