2. Personal data we process
Information you choose to provide
When you request a demonstration or contact StayNexus, we may receive the contact details, organisation information, message content and appointment information needed to arrange and respond to your request. The booking form itself is provided by Cal.com.
Technical and security information
Hosting and security systems may process an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and error or security logs. This information is used to deliver and protect the website.
Language and consent preferences
The website stores your selected language and your analytics-consent choice, version and timestamp. These preferences are described in the cookie notice.
Analytics information
Only after you accept analytics, Google Analytics may process page views, navigation, calls to action, language changes, integration filtering, pricing-calculator use, FAQ opens, scroll depth, booking progress, and browser or device information. The site is designed not to send form values, names, email addresses, booking identifiers or integration-search text to analytics.
3. Why we use data and our legal bases

| Remember language and privacy choices. | Providing requested functionality and documenting or respecting your consent decision. |
| Measure website use and improve content or journeys. | Your consent. Analytics remains blocked until consent is granted and can be withdrawn at any time. |
| Arrange demonstrations, answer enquiries and discuss early access. | Taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. |
| Comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. | Legal obligation and legitimate interests, as applicable. |
4. Who may receive data
Personal data is shared only where necessary with providers supporting website hosting, infrastructure, security and communications; Google Analytics after consent; Cal.com when you load or use the booking service; professional advisers; and competent public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
StayNexus does not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Google, Cal.com or infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. Provider details are available in their privacy documentation.
6. How long data is kept
The consent-choice cookie is kept for six months and the language cookie for one year. If analytics is activated, its first-party cookies may last up to two years unless you withdraw consent earlier. When analytics is activated, StayNexus limits Google Analytics event-level retention to two months.
Enquiry, booking, operational and security records are kept only for as long as needed for their purpose, considering the nature of the request, security needs, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal limitation or retention duties. Cal.com applies its own retention practices to information submitted directly to its service.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We may need reasonable information to verify your identity before responding. Data-protection requests should normally be answered without undue delay and within one month.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
8. Automated decisions
The website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing.
9. Security
StayNexus uses proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but suspected incidents are investigated and handled according to applicable law.
10. Children
This business website is not directed to children, and StayNexus does not knowingly seek personal data from children through it.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented clearly, and a new consent will be requested where required.
